Inquiries

The contact form requires your name, email address, a brief description of your matter, and acknowledgment of the form's notice. You may also provide a phone number, company or organization, matter type, and preferred attorney. A hidden field helps reject automated submissions.

Your submission is sent over HTTPS to a function hosted by Vercel. The function checks the submission, assigns an inquiry reference, and uses Resend to deliver the inquiry to the firm by email. Your email address is included so the firm can reply. The website does not save inquiries in a database or browser storage. Delivery error details may appear in hosting logs.

If online delivery is unavailable, the site can prepare a draft in your email application. You must send that draft yourself. Inquiries received at our email address are handled through Google's email service.

How long inquiry information is kept

Inquiry emails in the firm's Google Group and recipients' mailboxes are retained until manually deleted. The website does not automatically delete those copies.

Resend's published retention policy provides for 30 days of email and log data on its standard plans, with backups persisting for seven days. Those periods do not delete email already delivered to the firm.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to this site. Its script and collection requests use this website's host. Analytics can include visited URLs, referring pages, visit times, general location, and browser, operating-system, and device information. The website does not send contact-form fields as analytics events.

Vercel uses a visitor identifier derived from the incoming request rather than a tracking cookie. According to Vercel's analytics privacy documentation, that identifier is discarded after 24 hours. This is not a deletion period for the aggregate statistics. Vercel retains those statistics under its service policies; its reporting windows are not guaranteed deletion deadlines.

Hosting and logs

Vercel hosts this site and processes technical information needed to deliver pages, operate the inquiry function, and protect the service. That information can include your IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time, and error details. It is separate from the aggregate analytics described above.

Vercel controls retention of its hosting records. Its published standard Pro runtime-log window is one day. That window is not a deletion deadline for every internal operational or security record Vercel may retain. The website does not create a separate log archive.

Cookies and external resources

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and has no advertising pixels. Fonts, images, styles, and scripts are loaded through this website's host. Following a link to another website takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
